Principle:
Use a microporous membrane as a carrier to coat a known antigen or antibody. After adding the sample to be tested, the antibody or antigen in the sample is combined with the antigen or antibody coated on the membrane through the capillary action of the membrane, and then combined with colloidal gold, thus the object achieves the purpose of detection.
